Island to table. Two decades of culinary mastery, Barbadian soul, and world-class execution — served with heat in the heart of Toronto.

Toronto winters are brutal. Inside our experiences, it is golden hour in Bridgetown.
We do not just serve food; we transport you. Every dish is an homage to Barbadian heritage, crafted with unapologetic heat, slow-cooked depth, and the kind of soul that only comes from cooking with intention.

With 20 years of culinary mastery, Chef Whittaker takes Caribbean island-to-table cuisine from intimate Caribbean Cuisine Connection pop-ups in Toronto to full gala-scale execution. At an event he did for the Punjabi By Nature hospitality group inside IKON Event Space, Chef Whittaker brought bold island flavour into a venue built for as many as 1,200 guests — the same Punjabi By Nature name carried on his chef whites.

The same hands that fire a 1,200-guest gala can plate a delicate five-star lunch.

Their teams are led by Red Seal-certified chefs drawn from luxury hotels and renowned restaurants, delivering fresh-from-scratch dining with the consistency, care, and technique that true hospitality demands.

Before the Toronto galas and the sky-high tables, there is Barbados — and Royal Westmoreland, the luxury golf resort on the island's west coast where Chef Whittaker's live-fire craft meets its natural home. The Living Fire Experience brings island-to-table cooking to one of the Caribbean's most storied addresses: championship fairways, private villas, and a flame that never needed an introduction.
